Chiller specialists

Chiller service & repair, 24/7.

Air-cooled or water-cooled, screw or centrifugal — ProZone engineers install, maintain and repair chillers of every major brand and keep them running efficiently for years.

Chillers we work on

Every type. Every major brand.

Whatever is installed on your roof or in your plant room, our engineers know how it works — and how it fails.

Air-cooled

Outdoor units with condenser fans, installed on roofs and in plant yards. Easy to place, but sensitive to dirty coils and summer heat.

Water-cooled

High-efficiency plants with cooling towers for large buildings and process loads. Here, water quality is everything.

Screw

Rotary screw compressors for medium and large capacities. Oil management and vibration need regular attention.

Centrifugal

Large-capacity machines for big buildings, with precise controls and demanding maintenance.

What we do

From start-up to overhaul.

Everything a chiller needs during its life — from the first start-up to repairs, upgrades and the day it’s replaced.

Installation & start-up

Rigging, piping, power and controls — then a documented start-up to the manufacturer’s parameters.

Preventive maintenance

A service schedule built around your chiller, its running hours and the season.

Inspection & repair

Fault finding on compressors, controls, drives and refrigerant circuits — day or night.

Oil & refrigerant analysis

Spot wear, moisture and acid early — and change oil or refrigerant when it’s needed.

Coil & tube cleaning

Clean condenser coils and evaporator tubes to bring back capacity and cut energy use.

Water treatment

Protect the chilled-water loop from scale and corrosion that eat efficiency.

Retrofits & upgrades

New controls, drives and components — or a plan for ageing R-22 equipment.

Controls & BMS

Connect the chiller plant to your building management system and tune its sequencing.

Inside a chiller

A chiller, part by part.

Scroll to take one apart — this is what our engineers see on every service visit.

  1. 01

    Condenser fans

Motor, bearing and balance checks, blade cleaning, vibration control.

  2. 02

    Condenser coils

Coil cleaning, fin straightening and leak testing for full heat rejection.

  3. 03

    Evaporator

Tube cleaning, water treatment and flow measurement on the chilled-water side.

  4. 04

    Screw compressors

Oil and refrigerant analysis, overhaul and repair — on every major brand.

  5. 05

    Controls & power

Control boards, VFDs and BMS integration, set up and tuned.

From installation and start-up to retrofits — every part, every brand.

Warning signs

Call us when you notice this.

Small symptoms turn into big repairs in July. If you see any of these, call an engineer before the chiller stops.

Chilled water warmer than the set point

High- or low-pressure trips

Compressor starts and stops too often

New noise or vibration

Oil or refrigerant traces around the unit

Energy bills rising for the same load

FAQ

Questions we hear often.

How often should a chiller be serviced?

We usually recommend a full service before the cooling season and another at its end, with regular checks in between. Hospitals, server rooms and production sites need more. We’ll suggest a schedule for your plant.

Do you service chillers you didn’t install?

Yes. We work on all major brands and models, whoever installed them.

Do you work at night and on holidays?

Yes. Our emergency line works 24/7, including holidays.

Can you upgrade an old chiller instead of replacing it?

Often, yes. New controls, drives or components can extend its life. If replacement makes more sense, we’ll tell you honestly.

Talk to an engineer — day or night.

Describe your system or the problem, and we’ll suggest the right solution.
